1. Annual Golf Classic!

On, Sunday, December 6, Please join us for amazing morning of golf at Rosen Shingle Creek Golf Club, while supporting both The Roth Family JCC and Rosen JCC.

Registration and breakfast begins at 7:30 am, with a shotgun start at 8:30am. Lunch, awards and raffle will start at 1:00 pm after the tournament. The fee is
$500 per foursome or $150 per individual.

Register by Thursday, December 3. There will be no on-site registration.



2. Virtual Literary Event in Partnership with Writer's Block Bookstore

Ina Garten, Modern Comfort Food Virtual Event

In Conversation with Michael Ian Black, Comedian, Actor, and Author

Wednesday, December 2 at 7:30pm

Join us for a very special evening with the Barefoot Contessa, Ina Garten, as she dishes up some delicious conversation with comedian and author Michael Ian Black. The two will discuss Ina's latest, Modern Comfort Food: A Barefoot Contessa Cookbook, which features a collection of all-new soul-satisfying dishes from America’s favorite home cook!

Ticket Price: $45.00 includes entry into the virtual event and one copy of Modern Comfort Food. Also includes shipping of the book after the event.


3. 82 Degrees Warm Water Special

We live in Florida, so keeping your child's swim skills strong is a year round necessity! Your child can become a stronger swimmer even during the winter months, since we keep our swimming pool at a toasty 82 degrees all year long!

During the months of December, January, and February only, you can purchase a package of 4 half-hour lessons for just $82, which is 25% off our JCC member discount package rate!

Due to COVID-19, all swim lessons will include parent lead participation in the water. Swim instructor will teach from pool deck.


4. Upcoming Hanukkah Programs


On Sunday December 6th at 2 pm you can hear the Israel Philharmonic present a Pre-Hanukkah Global Celebration Exploring Music, Movies and Miracles. This free virtual concert is sponsored by JFGO and The Roth Family JCC and brings an amazing concert to your home.


On Monday, December 14th at 7:30 pm, please join us as we celebrate Hanukkah with a soulful concert of American jazz, blues, and spirituals all mixed with old world Klezmer! This a concert you won't want to miss, which includes famous winter holiday songs written by Jewish composers such as Irving Berlin and Jule Styne.





5. School's Out Day for Winter Breaks

December 21-24 & December 28-31

Send your child to the JCC for a day full of fun! We will be playing games, doing sports, arts & crafts, and much more. Snacks provided every day and a pizza lunch on Mondays only will be provided.

Social distancing will occur throughout the duration of the day. With groups that abide by best practices as established by the CDC. Children will be required to wear masks at all times, like our staff, unless they are eating or drinking. Drop off as early as 7:30am pick up as late as 6:00pm.

Cost: $60 ($50 JCC members); Closing @ 3pm - $50 ($40 JCC members)
